Annie Ochoa, LMT

Annie K. Ochoa is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Polarity Therapist, and soon to be certified in Acupressure Mastery.

Her experience will benefit patients through skilled medical massage therapy interventions to address soft tissue restrictions, trigger points and functional limitations while increasing active range of motion and activities of daily living.

She is a Northwest Native and has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 1994. Specializing in injury and re-hab work, she incorporates massage cupping, acupressure's potent points, and heated guasha.

She feels that doing massage and body work is her calling in life, and is thrilled to join York Chiropractic and Wellness and its amazing team!
